We aren’t the slick company with fancy computer programs. We like to think of our company as “old school” – with traditional craftsmanship, keen attention to detail and doing things right – in our workshop located in our backyard.
We listen to people, visit their work site, meet with them one on one, invite them to our workshop and show them their choices along with possible outcomes for their choices. We provide all sorts of custom colours to choose from until we get exactly what they want. The time invested with each customer makes our profit margin smaller – but that is the trade-off for the level of service we provide. We are definitely not an “off-the-shelf” operation!
Guys like Troy are harder and harder to find. Perhaps you are potential clients still seeking his type of craftsman. Lots of people just want their cabinets built and installed without too much thought about the final result. Warning! Troy is a detail guy – and he will ask you lots of questions – because he wants the end result to be perfect! He seriously thinks that customers deserve and should receive quality products and exceptional service – and feels clients paying hundreds of thousands of dollars on their dream home – should not have sub-standard cabinets!
